Privacy Policy
At 711ph, your personal data is treated with the same care we apply to your money — kept safe, used only when necessary, and never sold or shared without your knowledge. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have as a registered 711ph player.
How 711ph Protects Your Privacy
256-Bit SSL Encryption
Every data exchange between your device and 711ph servers is encrypted using bank-grade 256-bit SSL technology. Your login credentials, personal details, and financial information are protected in transit at all times — the same standard used by Philippine banking institutions.
We Never Sell Your Data
711ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers. Full stop. Your data is used only to operate your account, comply with PAGCOR and Philippine legal obligations, and improve your experience on the platform.
Your Rights Under Philippine Law
As a Filipino player, you are protected by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). 711ph fully complies with the National Privacy Commission's guidelines, giving you the right to access, correct, and — in certain circumstances — request deletion of your personal data.
Minimal Data Collection
711ph collects only the personal information that is necessary to operate your account, fulfil PAGCOR KYC requirements, process transactions, and provide customer support. We do not collect data beyond what these legitimate purposes require.
PAGCOR-Compliant Data Handling
As a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming operator, 711ph is subject to formal data handling requirements set by both PAGCOR and the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Our internal data governance policies are designed to meet and exceed these regulatory standards.
Transparent Communication
If there is ever a material change to how 711ph collects or uses your personal data, we will notify you directly via your registered email address before the change takes effect. You will always know what we know about you and why we have it.

Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 711ph ("711ph," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of individuals ("you," "User," or "Player") who access and use the online gaming platform at 711ph.cam (the "Platform").
This Policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with your use of the 711ph Platform, including data collected during account registration, identity verification (KYC), deposits and withdrawals, customer support interactions, and general platform use. It applies regardless of the device you use to access 711ph — whether a desktop computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the full agreement governing your use of the 711ph platform. By registering an account or continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Who We Are — Data Controller
2.1 Data Controller Identity. For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and applicable data protection law, 711ph is the data controller in respect of your personal information. As data controller, 711ph determines the purposes for which, and the means by which, your personal data is processed.
2.2 PAGCOR Regulation. 711ph operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR's regulatory requirements independently impose obligations on 711ph with respect to the collection, retention, and handling of player data, particularly for purposes of anti-money laundering compliance, age verification, and player protection.
2.3 Contact Details. If you wish to contact 711ph in its capacity as data controller — including to exercise your data subject rights as described in Section 11 of this Policy — please use the contact details set out in Section 14 below.

How We Collect Your Data
711ph collects your personal data through the following channels and methods:
- Directly from you: When you register an account, complete KYC verification, submit documents, make deposits or withdrawals, use live chat support, or send us an email;
- Automatically through the Platform: Technical and usage data is collected automatically when you access 711ph.cam — including your IP address, device identifiers, browser information, and session data — through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies (see Section 9);
- From third-party payment processors: When you deposit or withdraw via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other supported channels, the relevant payment processor confirms transaction status and, where required for AML verification, provides associated account holder details;
- From identity verification services: 711ph may use third-party KYC and identity verification providers to validate government-issued ID documents submitted during account verification. These providers confirm document authenticity and may cross-reference details against publicly available records;
- From fraud prevention and security services: 711ph uses third-party security tools to monitor for fraudulent activity, account compromise, and technical abuse of the Platform. These tools may process IP address data, device fingerprint information, and behavioral patterns.
How We Use Your Data
711ph uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes:
- Account creation and management: To register your account, verify your identity, manage your wallet balance, and maintain your account settings;
- Transaction processing: To process deposits, execute withdrawals to your GCash or bank account, and maintain accurate transaction records;
- Regulatory compliance: To meet KYC, AML, and PAGCOR reporting obligations, including the retention of transaction records and the filing of covered transaction reports where legally required;
- Customer support: To respond to your queries, resolve complaints, and assist with account access issues via live chat and email;
- Platform security and fraud prevention: To detect and prevent unauthorized account access, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other forms of fraud;
- Responsible gaming: To monitor gameplay patterns for signs of problem gambling, apply account-level limits and restrictions as requested by you or required by regulation, and respond appropriately to self-exclusion requests;
- Service improvement: To analyze aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve platform performance, game offerings, and user experience;
- Legal and regulatory obligations: To respond to lawful requests from PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, the National Privacy Commission, courts, or other competent Philippine authorities.
Legal Bases for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 711ph processes your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil our contractual obligations to you under the 711ph Terms & Conditions — including account operation, transaction processing, and customer support;
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, AMLC requirements, and NPC directives — including KYC verification, transaction record-keeping, and regulatory reporting;
- Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for 711ph's legitimate interests in platform security, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service quality improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;
- Consent: Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing — such as for optional marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.
Sharing Your Data
7.1 711ph does not sell your personal data. Your personal information is not sold, rented, or traded to any third party for commercial or marketing purposes. Period.
7.2 Authorized Service Providers. 711ph shares personal data with carefully selected third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform. These providers are engaged as data processors acting on our instructions and are required to maintain appropriate security measures. They include:
- Payment processors (GCash/GXI, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other banking partners) for transaction processing;
- Identity verification and KYC service providers;
- Cloud infrastructure and data hosting providers;
- Game platform providers and content delivery networks;
- Fraud detection and cybersecurity service providers;
- Customer support platform providers.
7.3 Regulatory Authorities. 711ph is legally required to share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine authorities where mandated by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive. 711ph cooperates fully with lawful regulatory requests.
7.4 Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a substantial part of 711ph's business assets, player personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. You will be notified in advance of any such transfer and of any material change to how your data will be handled as a result.
7.5 Aggregated Data. 711ph may share aggregated, de-identified statistical data with business partners, investors, or regulators for analytical and reporting purposes. This data does not identify individual users and is not subject to the restrictions on personal data sharing set out in this Policy.
Data Retention
8.1 Retention Periods. 711ph retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the satisfaction of legal, regulatory, accounting, and reporting requirements.
8.2 Active Account Data. While your 711ph account is active, we retain all registration, transaction, and gaming activity data required for account operation and regulatory compliance.
8.3 Post-Closure Retention. Following account closure — whether initiated by you or by 711ph — we are required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to retain transaction records, identity verification documents, and gaming activity data for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the last transaction. This retention period reflects the requirements imposed on regulated gambling operators in the Philippines.
8.4 Marketing Data. If you have consented to receive marketing communications from 711ph, we retain your marketing preferences until you withdraw consent. Upon opting out, your details are removed from active marketing lists within thirty (30) days.
8.5 Deletion. At the end of applicable retention periods, 711ph securely deletes or permanently anonymizes personal data so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.
Cookies & Tracking Technologies
9.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you don't have to keep re-entering information every time you visit or navigate between pages.
9.2 Cookies Used by 711ph. 711ph uses the following types of cookies on 711ph.cam:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the operation of the Platform — including maintaining your login session, remembering your wallet balance display preference, and keeping your responsible gaming settings active. These cannot be disabled without significantly impairing your ability to use 711ph.
- Performance and analytics cookies: Used to collect anonymized information about how visitors use the Platform — which pages are visited most frequently, how long sessions last, and where errors occur. This helps us improve platform performance for all Filipino players.
- Security cookies: Used to detect fraudulent activity, multiple account creation attempts, and suspicious login behavior.
9.3 Third-Party Cookies. Some cookies on 711ph.cam are placed by third-party service providers — such as analytics tools or game providers — operating on our behalf. These third parties are subject to data processing agreements requiring compliance with applicable privacy standards.
9.4 Managing Cookies. You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a cookie is being placed. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will affect your ability to use certain features of 711ph, including staying logged in to your account.
Data Security
10.1 Technical Measures. 711ph implements a comprehensive set of technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or disclosure. These include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your browser and 711ph servers;
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including identity documents and financial records;
- Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms — 711ph never stores passwords in readable form;
- Multi-factor authentication options for account access;
- Regular penetration testing and security audits conducted by independent cybersecurity professionals;
- Intrusion detection systems and real-time security monitoring of the 711ph platform infrastructure.
10.2 Organizational Measures. Access to personal data within 711ph is restricted on a need-to-know basis. Staff with access to player data are subject to confidentiality obligations and receive regular data protection training. Access privileges are reviewed periodically and revoked promptly when no longer required.
10.3 Data Breach Response. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, 711ph will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03. Affected individuals will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable where the breach is likely to result in high risk to them.
